Our medical manufacturing facility is located in Otsego, MN, just 30 minutes outside of Minneapolis. Our facility includes two Class 8 cleanrooms and is ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certified. We have design resources and our own tooling department in-house. We also provide value-add services such as kitting and lid stock sealing at the same location. With the newest addition to our facilities being a KMD 90 Kiefel pressure former, we can now meet the growing demand for sterile packaging.

We are located close enough to the Twin Cities that we can meet you for R&D sessions or give you a tour of our facilities. T.O. Plastics has been servicing Minnesota with plastic thermoformed products for 70+ years.
