Custom thermoformer T.O. Plastics will highlight its cleanroom & high-speed manufacturing capabilities at Feb. 6-8 show

CLEARWATER, MN – Medical packaging manufacturer T.O. Plastics will exhibit at MD&M West, the annual medical design and manufacturing exhibit and conference, set for Feb. 6-8 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif.

The company, which has nearly 30 years of experience in the medical device packaging field, plans to highlight the depth and breadth of its medical packaging expertise, including:

  • Extensive in-house design services
  • Rapid prototyping
  • High-speed in-line thermoforming
  •  Certified Class 8 cleanrooms

T.O. Plastics’ cleanroom capabilities will be of great interest to many MD&M West attendees, T.O. Marketing Coordinator Amber Laudenbach said.

“We’ve seen an increasing demand from OEMs for domestic cleanroom production of medical packaging and enclosures,” she said, adding that the company is in the process of expanding production capabilities at its Otsego, Minn., medical thermoforming plant to meet those needs. “We’re looking forward to sharing details about the expansion with show attendees.”

The Otsego facility custom thermoforms a wide range of products for the medical industry, such as:

  • Device enclosures and panels
  • Blister and clamshell packaging
  • Processing and packaging trays
  • Other sterile barrier products

MD&M West, expected to attract more than 20,000 attendees this year, is also a great place to reconnect with customers and colleagues, Laudenbach said.

“We’re always glad to touch base with existing customers and to forge new relationships with first-time participants,” she said. “The insights we gain are a consistent cornerstone of our experience at MD&M West.”

Show attendees can visit T.O. Plastics at Booth 3297, where its thermoforming experts will be available to discuss product designs and potential projects.
