Regional Sales Manager
Kevin has over 33 years of experience with custom thermoformed plastic parts (thin & heavy gauge). Working as a Custom Sales Rep for the past 23 years, his focus has been on custom medical and electronics packaging. He is very familiar with all thermoforming capabilities of the company and works closely with all departments to make sure customers' requirements are met.
Regional Sales Manager
Lee has over 25 years of experience in medical device and custom contract manufacturing. His background consists of thermoforming, injection molding, precision machining, film & adhesive converting, packaging & assembly, sterilization, and custom printed graphics. With a unique combination of experiences in Sales, Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, and Project Management customers can rely on his expertise to help improve and grow their business.

Doug has been involved in the horticultural industry for the past twenty-three years at the distribution and manufacturing level. He owned and operated his own greenhouse business for twelve years which has provided him with the knowledge and the experience that can guide others in the horticultural field. As the National Sales and Strategic Business Development Manager for T.O. Plastics, Doug possesses a good vision both short term and long term for the success of T.O. Plastics' horticultural division. He is responsible for T.O. Plastics strategic growth within the horticultural markets which includes Mexico, Canada, and the United States. With his experience, knowledge, and drive for success within the horticultural industry and understanding customers’ growth and challenges, Doug will research to provide a solution that is mutually beneficial to our customer’s growth. He exhibits excellent core values and is widely respected in the horticultural industry.

Robert Forte has been involved in the horticultural industry since 1989. Robert spent 19 years in sales and sales management with what is now one of the largest distributors in the country. He is an Arkansas native that has an intimate knowledge of the horticultural distribution industry, and he represents T.O. Plastics in the Mid-South region. Robert is a goal and team oriented person that thrives on building strong, long-term customer relationships.

Josh has been handling the Southeast region for T.O. Plastics for the past 2 years. He brings over 27 years of experience in the green industry to T.O. Plastics. He began his career with a production greenhouse located in Southeastern Massachusetts. He graduated in 1996 from Montana State University in Bozeman with a degree in Horticulture. Josh then spent 15 years purchasing and selling green goods throughout the South East Region. His most recent position prior to joining T.O. Plastics was Director of Sales and Customer Service for an Ecommerce business which sold unique specialty plants throughout the continental US. He currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina and is excited to bring his creative approach along with industry expertise to service T.O. Plastics customers.

As a youth, his interest in horticulture began while helping on the family farm and working in the fields for a hybrid seed farm in his hometown. Leigh Ann received her Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Science with an emphasis in Landscape Design from Mizzou, she has worked in the horticulture industry for 14 years. Leigh Ann started working in a local nursery/garden center and fell in love with the industry. After graduation, Leigh Ann became a landscape designer prior to joining Hummert International. During her 6 years with Hummert International, she filled many positions starting with inside sales and advanced to National Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, and was on the board of directors.

Noel Yan has worked in the horticultural industry for the last 25 years with an emphasis on sales and sales management. He has had the pleasure working for some of the largest wholesale nurseries in California which have given him first hand experiences in production, propagation, operations, product development, sales and marketing as well as national key accounts. He has been responsible for selling young plant and finished plant programs to wholesale and commercial growers (horticultural/agricultural) in the Western US and has developed relationships with plant breeders from every continent. His most recent responsibilities were with a regional hard goods distributor with an emphasis on containers, media, film and greenhouse structures. Noel feels that the customer deserves our utmost respect and strives to make sure that he is offering the best solutions with the highest quality products available.
