T.O. Plastics, Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated individual seeking both challenge and growth to join our team as a Medical Packaging Engineer.
Qualifications:
- Thermoforming part design
- SolidWorks CAD utilization
- Thermoforming tooling design
- Ability to work flex shifts
- Excellent communication skills with customers, vendors, and co-workers
- Ability to lead and manage projects at all levels
- 5 years or more engineering experience preferred
- Engineering degree a plus

Operations Analyst
T.O. Plastics, Inc is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Accounting Team as an Operations Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain job system
- Close inventory monthly/ Maintain BOM
- Analyze manufacturing variances
- Individual assignments from COO
- Create metrics for presentation to management
- Continuous process improvement
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to work well alone and as a team player
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Self Starter
- BA or BS in accounting or finance
- 5 years job costing experience
- Stong Analytical Skills
