In-line Thermoforming
Our ability to cost-effectively produce products in small quantity, short-run jobs, to large quantity, long-run jobs has made high-speed, inline thermoforming an area of specialization for T.O. Plastics. We can produce an array of products which include Clamshell packing, blister packs and trays of all sizes. Our inline thermoformers handle small or large tooling, die punched or line rule trimmed applications.
Thermoforming/Pressure Forming
T.O. Plastics is committed to staying one step ahead of marketplace demands. We have an assortment of cut sheet rotary thermoformers for long-run, large quantity jobs, and cut sheet single station machines for short-run, small quantity projects. We have pressure forming capabilities where we produce thermoformed parts with a sharper degree of detail. We can produce small or large parts, heavy or light gauge. We have, over the years, experienced virtually every type of cut sheet thermoforming application. We also custom manufacture returnable pallets and handling trays for shipping and storage of odd-shaped or difficult-to-handle parts. Our pallet and handling tray program can significantly reduce our customers' freight and handling costs.
